This Privacy Policy explains how Stone Brook Audio Ltd (“Stone Brook Audio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game BUMPR.

1. Information BUMPR may process

BUMPR is designed to require as little personal information as reasonably possible. Depending on the features you use, the app may process limited information such as:

Gameplay data, such as scores, progress, unlocked vehicles, wins, power-up balances, settings and other game state.
Online multiplayer information, such as a player identifier, display name or other information required to create or join a match and keep multiplayer sessions functioning.
Purchase and entitlement information, including transaction and subscription status needed to provide purchased items or features.
Technical and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating-system version, app version, crash information and basic performance or error data where needed to operate and improve the app.
Support communications, including information you choose to provide when you contact us for help.

2. RevenueCat

BUMPR uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase and subscription entitlements.

When you make or restore a purchase, limited information may be processed by RevenueCat so that BUMPR can determine whether an entitlement is active. This may include:

Device and operating-system information.
Purchase and transaction information.
Apple receipt information or related purchase tokens.
The last time the app was seen or used by RevenueCat's service.
An app-specific user identifier and related metadata where enabled by the app.

RevenueCat processes end-user information on behalf of app developers in order to provide its purchase-management service. RevenueCat's own privacy information is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

3. Payments

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Stone Brook Audio Ltd does not receive your full payment card number or Apple Account password.

Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase-related information as necessary to process transactions, validate receipts, restore purchases and maintain entitlements.

4. Information we do not need for ordinary gameplay

BUMPR does not require access to your contacts, photos, precise location, health information or full payment card details in order to provide its core gameplay.

5. How we use information

We use information only where reasonably necessary to:

Provide and maintain BUMPR and its gameplay features.
Operate online multiplayer and player progression.
Validate, restore and maintain purchase or subscription entitlements.
Diagnose crashes, bugs, connection problems and performance issues.
Respond to support requests.
Protect the game and its players from abuse, fraud or misuse.
Improve BUMPR and understand whether features are working as intended.

6. Online multiplayer

When you use online multiplayer, limited technical and player information may be transmitted over the internet so that matches can be created, players can connect, scores can be synchronised and gameplay can function correctly.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers only where necessary to operate BUMPR, provide online functionality, manage purchases and entitlements, host services, diagnose technical issues or comply with legal obligations. These providers may include Apple and RevenueCat.

8. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the game, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Third-party service providers may retain information according to their own retention policies and contractual obligations.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

BUMPR is not designed to knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which can include the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of certain information.

12. International processing

Some service providers used by BUMPR may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as BUMPR changes. The current version will be published on this page and the effective date above will be updated when appropriate.
